In 2023, I completed crucial accountability, an in-person two-day intensive course with a cohort of about twelve NMC employees. Effective team management skills and communications skills in a diverse workforce, emphasizing agency, self-regulation, and accountability are at the heart of this course. Paired into groups, we worked together through teamwork.
