- Areas of specialization: Composition/Rhetoric/Technical/Professional Writing/ curriculum design with a background in computers in composition, digital rhetoric, document web-design, and pedagogy.
- Interest in teaching composition, technical writing, AI in writing, single-source editing, user experience, grant writing.
- Interested in program development growing a well-established online degree.
- Experience teaching online, hybrid, and face-to-face.
- Community and College service activities across the department, college, school, and professional levels.
- Communicate subject matter clearly, correctly, and effectively. Use appropriate methods, materials, and technology appropriate to the course materials.
- Forming high level junior college discussions in a diverse, eclectic, and flexible learning environment, maintain and keep accurate records, submit grades and reports on time, and enforcing school and campus academic policies; students' rights and responsibilities, and a knowledge of best practices in professional communication.
